Ex-OGA Shopping Centre, Algund (BZ). Installation of mechanical and electrical systems as part of the building extension.
The “Ex-Oga” shopping centre is located along the main street of Algund. The project involved all building services works related to the extension of the building. The works were completed without interrupting the activities of the retail businesses and while ensuring the full functionality of the various areas of the shopping centre.
The building has 8 floors: 5 are used for retail activities and 3 for parking. The mechanical systems include connection to the local district heating network, air-conditioning systems for the indoor units and the related energy metering of consumption. Electrical systems, indoor and outdoor lighting, special systems and active/passive safety systems, TV, audio and video systems, and the fibre-optic network infrastructure were also installed.
