Expansion of the pool area: enlargement of the bathing hall, creation of relaxation rooms and renovation of the internal saunas. Installation of electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning systems.
A complex project carried out in several stages: on one side, the extension of the bathing hall and creation of relaxation rooms over a total area of 600 m²; on the other, the renovation of 300 m² of internal saunas, external Sundek saunas and the creation of 4 VIP suites. All works were carried out without ever interrupting the facility’s operations and with careful logistical coordination due to the restricted spaces and operating systems.
High-end finishes include African woods such as Iroko, steamed and white oak, and fine marbles for floors and wall coverings such as Nero Marquina and Bianco Carrara. The lighting fixtures are also significant, consisting mainly of plaster lamps recessed into the suspended ceilings.
The harmony and elegance of the interiors are accentuated by two glass fireplaces: one in the sauna area beside the whirlpool and one on the ground floor, rising majestically with a brass-clad chimney up to the second floor. Overall, this is a refined project that fully respects the style of Bolzano archistar Matteo Thun.
