Built in lightweight concrete with the addition of lightweight aggregates (expanded clay) in accordance with DIN EN 13055, the building’s external cladding provides excellent thermal insulation, making further insulation measures unnecessary. In addition to its load-bearing and insulating functions, the exposed red lightweight concrete also protects the façade from the effects of frost.
