The “Heinrich Kunter” Technical Economic Institute building is located in Via Max Valier.
The project involved the rehabilitation of the existing building and the construction of a new structure in the area of the old workshops, connected to the previous building by a glazed volume. All works were carried out in full compliance with CasaClima Class B criteria. The new building has an area of approximately 3,600 m² over several levels. The ground floor opens onto the rear garden with a gymnasium and a dining hall for 750 people. The upper floors accommodate 8 classrooms and 4 computer rooms, while the basement includes the kitchen and an independent multi-purpose room for extracurricular activities.
